Leadership

to better results. LQ Metrics is an on-line psychometric and
aptitude testing product, developed to measure those characteristics
that are most likely to determine the quality of an individuals
leadership behaviours. LQ’s detailed reports enable individuals,
their managers or other stakeholders to set about establishing or
improving leadership standards ‘on the ground’ in the workplace.
LQ Business Edition is a variant of LQ Metrics that evaluates the characteristics and qualities of leadership required within Business Units and medium sized organisations or where a hands-on approach to leadership is required. The evaluation typically takes 25-40 minutes and can be broken into 4 separate sections.
