Centres are multi-level, they can be used as a complete programme
for identifying future leaders within an organisation from shop
floor level to middle managers or individually as a recruitment
tool.
Assessor Training 2 Day Workshop
The Assessors role is
vital to the success or failure of any assessment centre. The role
requires patience, interviewing skills, behavioural and comparative
judgement skills, listening and questioning skills, a retentive
memory and the ability to be unbiased. The purpose of the 2-day
Assessor Training workshop is to hone in on the above skills and to
familiarise Assessors with the content and sequencing of events in
the various Assessment Centres.
Assessment Centre – Level 1 General Population
Centre Duration – 1 Day

looking to enter into a Supervisory Position, candidates undertake
psychometric, intelligence and personality assessments, interviews,
team and written exercises.

Level 2 First Line Managers/Supervisors Centre Duration – 1 ½ Days

team, written and organisational exercises.
