Four Day Workshop
Managers today are under ever
increasing pressure to produce results. This workshop has been
designed for both newly appointed and more experienced managers to
take time out to reflect reassess and refocus on their management
skills and styles. It has been designed to provide an overview of
all aspects of the Management role and to encourage discussion and
interaction on alternative strategies in each of the areas.
Throughout the workshop delegates will be required to complete
exercises and role-plays to develop skills, techniques and
