Managing
Attendance
One
Day Workshop
Many UK employers are
still tolerating unnecessary high levels of absence, with resulting
costs estimated at £11 billion per year. This workshop which is an
extension of the basic Absence Control Workshop, addresses issues
such as internal report procedures, how to determine acceptable
levels of absence, line management responsibilities and other
triggers which determine when absence should be seen as a problem.
It also highlights the point at which HR should be sought in
managing attendance/absence levels and moves on to address specific
measures to control absence as well as ways to save the company
money.
Key
Benefits
By the end of the
workshop delegates will be able to understand and address the cause
