This workshop investigates the imperative of change and the need for organisations to recognise that the Manager of Change is an ever-increasing requirement for success. It also explores the individual responses to change and equips delegates with a greater understanding as well as the necessary skills and strategies for the effective Management of Change.

Resistance to Change

Resistance can take many forms and have varying degrees; it can be the main obstacle to achieving the effective management of change. Delegates will analyse the differing reasons for why resistance occurs as well as examine the methods that can be adopted to deal with each form of resistance.
