Performance
Management (KPI’s)
One
Day Workshop
Performance
Management is a means of getting better results from the
organisation, teams and individuals by understanding and managing
performance within an agreed framework of planned goals, standards
and competence requirements. Appraisals are generally only carried
out once a year, consequently interviews can be too widely
interspersed to manage performance effectively. Many Mangers are
therefore turning to a more hands on style of managing performance,
for both individuals and teams, which can then be annually assessed
at the yearly Appraisal Review. The objective of this workshop is to
provide a working understanding of the principles, processes and
skills required for managing performance through the application of
K.P.I’s (Key Performance Indicators).
