One Day Workshop
Stress is not a sign of
weakness, it is simply a natural response to any unpleasant outside
stimulation and it is a natural instinct that the body uses to
protect your health. The body is saying, in effect, "this is not
good for you, make a change". To ignore it is managerially
inefficient and potentially dangerous. The aim of this workshop is
to help delegates identify causes of stress within their workplace
and personal life and how to manage these.
