Supervisory Management Development

Four Day Workshop

Many employees find themselves in a position of responsibility, or in a supervisory role almost without realising it, or indeed without having had any formal supervisory training. This four-day workshop has been designed to provide an overview of all aspects of the supervisory role and to encourage discussion and interaction to develop individual’s techniques and build confidence to use those skills within the work place. Throughout the workshop delegates will be required to complete exercises and role-plays to develop skills, techniques and confidence in various disciplines.

  • Evaluate their own preferred leadership style and how to use and modify it across a broad range of situations.
