- Questioning Techniques
- Handling Responses
Day 3
Preparation of a short course to
include setting objectives, planning the presentation and
presenting the course.
This section of the
workshop looks at how the memory works and what a trainer needs to
do to ensure the information being taught will be retained.

- Monitoring & Evaluating Training
- Final Presentations – to put into
practice all the techniques learnt during the 3 days
