Day 3

  • The Instructional Talk -

Preparation of a short course to include setting objectives, planning the presentation and presenting the course.

  • Memory -

This section of the workshop looks at how the memory works and what a trainer needs to do to ensure the information being taught will be retained.

  • Use of Visual Aids
  • Monitoring & Evaluating Training
  • Final Presentations – to put into practice all the techniques learnt during the 3 days
