In communications, it is not only important that appropriate words are used – words that have meaning to the person to whom a communication is addressed, but also that the sender uses words that are understandable. This workshop provides an understanding of the technique for analysing human behaviour and communications between people. It is a way of seeing the emotional involvement in the transmission of messages. An understanding of Transactional Analysis (TA) can help us to understand other people and ourselves.
